Here at Free Expression we encourage people to express themselve's freely within the WetPaint conditions set out in the Terms of Use agreement.

Our aim is to delete nothing and to moderate the site in order to keep some semblance of organised chaos by locking those pages that are deemed to be getting out of hand. Only in extreme circumstances will a moderator delete or remove any content from Free Expression.

Members who deny others' rights to express themselve's freely by deliberate vandalism of unlocked pages and by removing or altering other's contributions without pemission except on the FreeForAll Page will be removed from Free Expression and be reported to Wetpaint to prevent vandalism of other user created wiki sites.

These guidelines are subject to change as the site grows, depending on how chaotic it may become.
